Memorial Offer – Terms & Conditions (10% Discount)

  1. Eligibility
    This offer is available exclusively to individuals who attend the Memorial Park event on 16th May 2026.
  2. Offer Details
    Eligible attendees will receive 10% off the purchase price of any new memorial and any renewals of existing memorial leases.
  3. Offer Period
    • The offer must be obtained by attending the event on 16th May 2026.
    • Once issued, the offer remains valid for 12 months from the date of the event, expiring on 16th May 2027.
  4. How to Redeem
    • To qualify, attendees must provide their contact details to staff during the event.
    • The offer will be recorded against the attendee’s details on file.
    • The discount will be applied at the point of purchase when the memorial is arranged.
  5. Exclusions
    • The offer applies only to new memorial purchases and renewal of memorial leases.
    • It cannot be used to obtain a discount on an existing memorial already owned at the Memorial Park.
  6. Non-Transferable
    This offer is personal to the attendee and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with others.
  7. No Cash Alternative
    The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  8. Combination with Other Offers
    This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
  9. Availability
    All memorials are subject to availability and the Memorial Park’s standard terms of sale.
  10. Right to Amend or Withdraw
    The Memorial Park reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this offer at any time, without prior notice, where it is reasonable to do so.

    By participating in this offer, attendees agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
